Contact your local Citizens Bank branch to apply for a PHIL Loan. Required documents needed at time of application:
- Most recent paycheck stub for each working household member.
- Last filed, signed complete Federal Income Tax return for applicant and co-applicant (if any) and for each employed household member that is over 18 years of age. (A complete return includes all supporting schedules and a W-2 for wage earners.) Self-employed individuals are required to provide two years' tax returns instead of one.
- Social Security Award Letter for applicant, co-applicant , or household member, if applicable.
- Most recent Water and Sewer bill and Real Estate Tax bill showing current or a copy of the repayment plan.
- The
1st 2 pages of your Homeowner's Insurance policy.
